Submission

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentation using the abstract template. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed and, if accepted, authors will be invited to submit a full-length paper of 6 pages using the paper template. The full-length papers will be subject to peer review by the independent Scientific Committee.

Abstracts and papers Evaluation

Abstract evaluation

  • Abstracts will be subject to single-blind peer review. Primary consideration will be given to innovation and consistency with the topics of the IRenDays.

Paper evaluation

  • All full-length papers are subject to blind peer-reviews.
  • Papers must be of high quality and present original and unpublished results of experimental, theoretical or conceptual work or investigations.

Abstracts and papers publication

Abstract publication

  • Abstracts of all accepted full-length papers will be published in an Abstracts Booklet, which will have a unique International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) and will be freely downloadable from the CDER website.

Paper publication

  • An accepted paper will only be considered for publication in a Scopus-indexed conference proceedings if it is presented at the conference and if at least one of the authors is registered as a regular author.
  • All presented papers will undergo a similarity check and, if approved, will be submitted for publication in a Scopus indexed proceedings (to be specified later). Please be aware that a high similarity score / detected plagiarism in any form may result in the non-publication of the paper. The SR% should not exceed 10-15% for each paper (and no more than 5% for each source used in each paper). A Copyright Transfer Agreement Form will be sent to authors after the review process.
  • Selected papers will be considered for possible publication in a regular issue of a Scopus-indexed journal (to be specified later). Authors of these selected papers will be notified by email one month after the conference. They will then be invited to submit extended versions of their papers according to the journal’s template.

Publication Policy

  • English is the publication language for abstracts and full papers.
  • Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article is approved for publication by all co-authors and takes responsibility for the article during submission and peer review.
  • In the event of any claim for compensation, the publisher will not be held legally responsible.

Important

  • By submitting a full-length paper, the authors agree that if the paper is accepted, one of the authors will present the paper at the conference, and that he/she will register and pay the fees.
  • Once the paper is accepted, author should make their online registration and payment. Without payment, paper will not be published.
  • The payment date is the date, which the payment receipt arrives at the organizing committee.
  • Papers not presented by registered authors will not be considered for publication in the proceedings.
